Neck pain, muscle spasm. Have hypothyroidism. Jaw tightening

Hi I'm having stinging pain on both sides of my neck my muscles are having bad spasms if I move a certain way muscles will tighten in my neck. I was dx with hypothyroidism a while back. I can be brushing my teeth and my muscles will tighten up around the jaw and down the neck. I have some other things going on with my muscles arms legs cramps .

The symptoms you describe could be related to cervical spondylosis or a neck muscle spasm. These can be relieved with a combined use of pain killers and muscle relaxants along with regular physiotherapy.
