Neck Pain, Back Pain, Bruised Sternum And Dizziness. What Are The Treatments Required?

I'm 14 and have had alot of neck and back pain lately. Now it's starting to affect my knees and wrists. My knees lock up on me sometimes and my wrists have had sharp pains in them. I even feel like my sternum is bruised even though I haven't been injured in anyway. The last thing is I ve been really dizzy lately.

Hi
I think you have been worrying about yourself a lot. You should rule out a systemic arthritis or rheumatic diseases first. For that better consult a physician and have a physical examination and required tests. If it is a systemic condition your erythrocyte sedimentation rate will be increased. With proper treatment all those conditions can be attained remission. No need to worry too much.
thanks
