hi there, the endoscopy report suggests that your father has a growth in the upper part of his pharengeal wall or the food pipe and it is big, ulcerated and protruding into the lumen. It most probabelllly signifies malignancy or cancer and to confirm the diagnosis the doctor's will have to take a small bit from it usually via an endoscope and sent it for microscopic exam which will determine whether it is just an ulcer or benign or whether it is cancerous which will need to have surgical or other definitive treatment. Overall the situation looks pretty grim and it would do your father good to get the biopsy done that the earliest. All the best. Take care.
