Neck itching, non productive cough, weird taste in mouth, breathing from regulator underwater. Treatment?

My neck itches really bad and I just got a new cough . All this started when I started taking scuba lessons I was breathing from the regulator and about 24 hours later had a bad cough that produced a hard sticky chip of something now I itch and still coughing really hard but non productive . The cough leaves a really weird smell taste in my mouth

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of ALLERGY is the underlying cause for your sufferings.

possible causes include;

-inherited tendencies
-digestive inefficiencies are some

diet to follow;

-No sugar; which is an irritant to mucus membranes, although honey is good.
-     Reduce starch intake.
-     No white refined flour.
-     No salt.
-     take food high in vitamins A and C,and calcium.
