Rheumatologist 's  Response
Hi !

Thank you for your query.

Well first the reason for neck and back pain needs to be evaluated only taking pain killers would not solve the problem . I advise you to see a rheumatologist . For pain relief you can consult your treating doctor and may have one with a muscle relaxant which will relieve the muscle spasm also.

Hope you are satisfied with the answer.
If you have any further queries feel free to ask.
Wish you good health.
Take care.
