Nearing 40, IUD Removed, Trying To Conceive. Tips To Increase Conception Chances?

I just got my iud out about two weeks ago. My husband and I are trying to conceive, but I m going to be 40 years old next month :( Was wondering if you had any recommendations for us with regards to increasing our chances of having a baby. I am concerned that I am not going to ovulate due to my advanced maternal age . My menses were never very regular to begin with. I feel as if we are kind of going through this in the dark. Thank you. Hello,
Thanks for your query. Because of your age I am sure your OVARIAN RESERVE will be very poor, on top of that if you try for normal conception you will land up without any pregnancy. So the TIME IS LESS for you, hence I suggest you get evaluated completely and your husband as well , and go for IVF (test tube) baby.
