Hi,
Considering your age, chances of a natural pregnancy are less. The age of the partner also plays a role in the fertility issue. If you want to exclude pregnancy before the onset of your next cycle, you can get a blood test done and follow it up with a trans-vaginal sonogram if you get a positive result. I would suggest that both of you see an infertility specialist as you have little reproductive life left and so have to speed up the process of conception. Good luck.
