Nausea While Eating Food, Explosive Diarrhea, Headache, Cramps, Burning Pain In Abdomen. Blood Test Normal. Reason?

I have been extremely nauseas to my stomach especially when I eat. I am so tired I can bearly stay awake. I've had explosive diarrhea, headache, bad crampting in lower abodomen and upper stomach and a burning in upper stomach as well. Went to ER yesterday for pain. They did blood owrk and abdominal cat scan and all came back nornal. They recommended I go to my GI doctor for further evaluation. What do you think it could be?

Dear User, As per your information the most possible cause may be GI Infection & added with gastitis. Better you go to a GI doctor & take light food , means less spicy, also take maximum fluids , if still you are having diarrhea better to take ORS.
