Nausea, Vomiting. Doing Insanity Work, No Colleagues Having These Symptoms. Underlying Cause?

Lately I have been feeling nausea and just not feeling good but this just happened all of a sudden but I started working out to the insanity work out so I wonder does that play any type of factor and I was out to eat and while eating I threw up out of nowhere and couldn't stop and after I was done I was fine no one with me experienced thise symptoms just me and I was just wondering what could be going on

Hi,Welcome to health care magic forum.
All of a sudden you are feeling nauseous, and through out, then you are free. it appears that you might be having gastric hyperacidity, peptic ulcer, indigestion, or hepatitis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastroscopy, U.S.scanning, and other tests for diagnosis.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
