Hi!
welcome to HCM!
you seem to be having is Acid reflux it occurs when the lower esophageal sphincter fails to close properly. As a result, acidic stomach contents spill into the esophagus, irritating and damaging its tissue.
A sore throat caused by acid reflux usually occurs in the morning when you wake up. You can take over-the-counter antacid and see if it helps.
Another possibility is upper respiratory tract infection as there is sharp pain in your throat .weakness, body ache.in that case you will need antibiotics and anti inflammatory analgesics .
hope this will help you!
