Thanks for query on HCM.
Pain, burning, nausea is most likely due to acute gastritis and usually occurs after indigestion, oily, spicy, heavy food and even after disturbed sleep pattern, anxiety.
Avoid oily, spicy food.Avoid stress, anxiety.Take simple and more liquid diet.
Eat more fiber diet and drink enough water and other liquids.
Otherwise you can take rebeprazole,pentoprazole/domperidon.
Injection of ranitidine is advisable.Antacid gel will be helpful.
Take proper sound sleep.
Consult your family physician for medical management.
