Nausea, Trouble Eating, Stuffiness, Spotting Between Cycles. Cause?
I had a 2 day period (that was approx. 1 week late) Aug 31-Sept 1st. I have been nauseous and having trouble eating. I have thrown up a handful of times in the past few weeks, mostly early morning or if I get rushing around. I thought it was a stomach virus, but no one else in my home or social group have any of the symptoms. I have also been exceptionally stuffy (sinuses). I am a distance runner and lead an extremely active lifestyle. The past few weeks just doing the dishes or cooking dinner seems to tire me out. I thought I might be pregnant (we have been trying to conceive a 3rd child). My main concern is: this morning I started spotting and I have never had spotting between cycles and no bleeding throughout my 2 prior pregnancies. What could be causing this mid-cycle spotting and should there be cause for concern?
First thing, you need to undergo one home pregnancy test at the earliest to rule out pregnancy. Mild bleeding or spotting is quite common in early week of pregnancy.
Other reasons are mid cycle ovulation itself, hormonal imbalance, stress, weight gain, irregular eating habits etc.
Kindly, consult with your doctor after pregnancy test for suggestive measures. Take balanced diet, avoid stress and maintain genital hygiene. Good luck.
