Nausea, Headaches, Abdominal Cramp, Pink Color In Urine. Low Blood Sugar, Wbc In Urine. Any Ideas?

I've been nauseas for the past 2 weeks going on 3 and I've had random headaches, they feel like I'm lightheaded but not to bad very mild. My sense of smell has heightened. I'm 1 day late. I had 2 red spots on my underwear 3 days ago. I'm having abdominal cramps near my pelvic area. I went pee today and I seen a faint color of pink. I did. Blood testt early this week and they said I had low blood sugar, which is somthing I've never experienced before. I also had white blood cells in urine but not bacteria or infection came back, and my kindey and live results came back perfect. Along with other blood tests. What's going on with me?
