Nausea, Gastritis And Head Ache. Remedy?

Hi doctor..i am female 25yrs old. I have vomit feeling and headach from last 3-4 days..also i have acidity problem from same last few days. I feel like vomitting while travelling n headache starts..! even when i am in resting position, my tastes goes bad n vomit feeling starta.
I eat outside food regularly bcz of my work place,but never faced such problem. Plz help..i m sick of it!!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you have gastroenteritis. This is usually viral though there are bacterial causes.
Many viral infections are associated with other symptoms such as headache.

The most important aspect is fluid management.

Your should use small amount of fluids at a time to reduce the chance of vomiting.
Start at 1 tbs every few minutes for an hour, if you tolerate this then you can increase the amount.

The use of probiotics either alone or in yogurt may also be helpful.
