Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

You are having multiple symptoms from different systems of the body. In your case following are possible causes of your suffering, in hierarchy:
-Anxiety disorder: Anxiety disorders can manifest not only with psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, hot and cold sensations, palpitation, pain complaints, tremors and dyspepsia etc.
-Anemia: It can lead to tiredness and anxiety.
-Vitamin deficiency
-Hormonal imbalance
-Mal-absorption syndrome
-Combination of above causes

So take healthy diet and do some relaxation exercise. Get evaluated by general physician to rule out above causes of your suffering.

Wish you good health and all the best.

Regards,
