Nausea, Fatigue, Lower Back Ache, Pelvic Pain. History Of Burnt Tubes. Missed Periods, Very Light Bleeding, Pain In Stomach. HPT Negative. Ectopic Pregnancy?

I've had my tubes burned 3yrs n 9 months ago. Ive been having nausea, fatigue, lower backach, cravings, pelvic pain. I took a pregnancy on the first day of my missed period which came back negative. Day 2 I'm having abnormal light bleeding that is orange and pain on my left side from my stomach to my leg. Could this be an eptopic pregnancy?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
You could be experiencing a slightly scant period and typical pre menstrual symptoms.
AN ectopic pregnancy is possible after tubal ligation , but is rare.
Ectopic pregnancy would not necessarily show up on a strip pregnancy test.
If you do not have proper menstrual bleeding within a few days, then consult a doctor for the necessary bloodwork / pelvic ultrasound.
Take care
