Nausea, fatigue and diarrhea after eating excessive sweets. Dry lips, thirst. Need to be checked?

Hi, I felt terribly ill- sickness, nausea , fatigue and diorhea after eating lots of sugary treats today before a cycle home. I have recently been suffering with dry/cracked lips and feeling tired alot and thirsty. Does it sound like I need a check up? I have been doing lots of training for sports event so I m not sure if it is just this. Thanks

i can feel your concerns

you have an acute attack of food poisoning

You seems to be dehydrated and exhausted

take ORS and plenty of juices and fluids

take probiotics and metronidazole after consulting your doctor

i advise you to take yougrt ,banana and rice

take soft diet

avoid spicy and junk food

moniter your hydration status and urine output

Due to diarrhea you are experiencing those symptoms of dehydration.Cause may be food poisoning.Consult you doctor they may advice you to drink lots of water and electral powder.Also may keep you on antibiotics and iv fluids if required.Thank you.
