Natural ways to increase the sperm count

I am 25 years old, i m doing masturbation from the age of 15, in between i had stopped it for over 2 years, then by circumstances i continued it until now....when i stopped it i feel tired, fainted, mentally distressed, i quickly get angered of things with no eyes get floated, my hair is falling. i m doing masturbation five to six times a week. is my marriage life will be affected. my sperm count will get decreased. can you please suggest remedies to over come these problems and can you please suggest the natural ways to increase the sperm count.
