Nasal Bleeding Followed By Headache On The Front And Back, Excessive Sleepiness After A Fall On The Face. What Symptoms Should Be Kept Track Of?

My 17 year old daughter fell off her skateboard today and face planted. She had a bloody nose for approx. five minutes. She has been complaining of a headache , front and back of her head. She has been wanting to sleep, but we haven t let her. There is no swelling around her nose or face. What should I look for that would decide if she should go to the ER?

you must go for Ct-Scan if she is getting vomiting/nausea along with headache.

for epistaxis, in homeopathy many remedy's are there. epistaxis is due to injury so use Arnica montana 200 repeatedly for 3-4 times a day. plz go for CT scan to clear the doubt of head injury ( any clot formation in brain due to concussion etc
