ENT Specialist Dr. Naveen Kumar's  Response
Hi,

This condition is due to the blockage of the ventilating tube (Eustachian tube) connecting the ear and the nose. This could have happened following sinus infection. You need to drink plenty of warm water, do steam inhalation 2-3 times/day and also get an audiometry(pure tone and impedance matching) and tinnitus matching done. With these investigations you can try to find out what is the exact cause for your problem and it can be managed appropriately.
