Myocardial perfusion imaging following treadmill exercise demonstrates homogeneous tracer distribution throughout the myocardium, except for mildly reduced tracer activity in the basal to mid anterior segment of the left ventricle . Is mildly reduced tracer activity in the basal to mid anterior segment of the left ventricle common?

reduced tracer activity in anterior segment is not common
in female attenuation may occure due to breast tissue ,
reduced tracer activity in anterior segment should be evaluted further
consult your cardiologist as other risk factor also should be evaluated
