My Whole Body Twitches And My Left Arm Numb
Hi im 22 male and when i try to sleep my heart starts to flutter and slow down and feels like its not there than my left arm goes numb and my whole body twitchs causing me to take a deep breath to just be able to feel my heart beat what does this mean?

You need to see a cardiologist & do the required tests. Palpatation and numbness of left arm indicate an affection of heart. Sometimes anxiety / depression may also cause such symptoms, if that is the case please take the required measures.
But again, an examination by a doctor is a must.
