It is most likely to be due to Acute Glomerulo Nephritis and needs to be investigated as detailed bellow. to find out the basic pathology in kidney. 1) Urine Routine and urine culture 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen 3) Basic renal function tests like Blood urea and serum creatinine . 4) C.T scan of the abdomen with I.V.contrst Please consult qualified Nephrologist for clinical evaluation and further investigatios under his guidance.
