My Toenails Have Turned Dark Red

All of my toenails have turned dark red. No new shoes and no trauma to my toes. I am a 35 year old male in good shape and am drug free and am not on any medications. Please give me advice... Thank you

It could be a possible fungal infection. You need to consult a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and start on appropriate treatment
