my testes are swell and one is small and other is large .i have pain in it due to a accident. i was playing football .once upon football hit my panis and my one testes size decrease and one is increase.i have pain in them.i have cheched my testosterone level that is so low as .04.please tell me what i do my testes are swell and one is small and other is large .i have pain in it due to a accident.

may be you are suffering from hydrocela,u should do an collour dopplor of your testis,more over u should do harmone tests to rule out testicullar failure

after trauma getting sweeling is common phenomena. which needs you to take pain killer and swelling reducing medication not the testosterone level checked. consult any surgeon to rule out hematoma which is collection of blood occurs due to severe trauma.
