You might be having gastrointestinal bleeding, your intestine is bleeding somewhere. This has lead to Iron deficiency anemia, hence you arew feeling weak. Kindly visit a surgeon immediately.

General & Family Physician Dr. Rajath. Pejaver's  Response
Hi, Thanks for your query.
You have a gastrointestinal bleed and that is why your stools are black in colour. You should visit a gastroenterologist to find out the site and cause of the bleed. Also get your hemoglobin levels checked.

Hi

I will try my best to answer your query.

Black stool with a foul odor can be the result of eating certain foods, taking iron supplements, or possibly from internal bleeding.
The dark color indicates that the blood has been in the body for some time, and that the bleeding is coming from higher up in the gastrointestinal tract.
This type of bleeding may be due to bleeding ulcer, gastritis, esophageal varices, tear in the esophagus from violent vomiting (Mallory-Weiss tear).
Substances that can cause false black stool are black licorice, blueberries, iron supplements, lead.
In any case it is better to meet the surgeon and get yourself examined. If it is due to GI bleeding it will be dangerous i advice you to meet the surgeon as early as possible.

Hope my answer will be helpful for you.

Take care.
