Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Children snore because of many reasons. Blocked nasal passages or airways, seasonal allergies, Enlarged or swollen tonsils or adenoids, a deviated septum, sleep apnea, being over weight etc.

There are certain types of breathing strips available in market. You can use one of them. Other snoring solutions include tilting the top of a bed upward a few inches, changing sleeping positions (from the back to a side), and not eating a heavy meal (or for an adult, not drinking alcohol) before bedtime.

Ayurveda treatment should do good if the basic problem is allergy or adenoid related problems. Go ahead. Understand the snoring problem to get to the proper treatment.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck. Take care.
