My Son Recently Had Undergone DTPA Renogram Scan. What Is The Next Step?

Dear Sir,my 3.6 year son recently undergo DTPA Renogram SCAN.This shows : left kidney gfr (ml/mt)21.5 & right 66.4 & split function (%) left 24.5 & right 75.5 compare to same test done 2 year back as left kidney gfr (ml/mt)40.1 & right 61.2 & split function (%) left 39.6 & right 60.4. He was also undergo surgery on 3rd day of his birth related to this problem. Sir, kindly suggest me my next step pl.

From the description it appears to be deterioration in renal function.
Further opinion is possible if you could get back with Ultrasound report and renogram graph.
