My Son Has White Bumps On Helix Of Ear, How To Get Rid Of These ?

hi my son has these white bumps that have appeared on his ears ii think its the helix hes never had them before and has spread slightly as the day has gone on also hes had a bad stomach aches and his stools were light and soft dont think its related but thought id mention it anyway ive never seen this before and just wanted to know what it is and can i do anything about it thanks mrs limer
