my son has a temp of 39.1 and have given him calpol 4 hourly, he aches all over feels sick sore thraot and head ache
I have given my son calpol 4 hourly. he keeps going to sleep his temp is 39.1 aches all over sore throat a cough and judt feels cold all the time and is very emotional and a bad headache

Your son is having upper respiratory infection.It may be viral or bacterial.
Go for blood test for TC,Dc.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile give plenty of water,light food,
Avoid fried and junk food.
Give Calpol as and when required.
Do salt water gargling.
