My Semen Count Is 256x10/ml, Is It OK ?
my semen test result : color witish opaque, hp:80 ,viscosity:normal, volume:2.7/ml , count/ml :256x10(6) motility: a-active 60% b-sluggish 10% c-non motile 30% morphology :15% abnormal (8%lacking the achrosome- 4% small headed forms- 3%big head) WBC:6-8 RBC 0-2 culture:no growth I have spinal cord injury since 2008. Incomplete at L-5

1. Churna Konch Beeja + Viray shodhan Churna 1gm(1tsf.) both Bd with Hot milk
2.Tab.Speman 2tab bd
3.Ashwagandha Aarishta spl. 5tsf. Bd after meal.with equal water
course one month

Your report of semen analysis is normal so no reason to worry.If you are trying for a kid please go ahead.To get better chances you can try few things:-
-stop smoking or alcohol if you have any habit of
-take multivitamins and antioxidants
-do sex on alternate days from 10th to 21 day of start of the menses as it is the most fertile period.
-tell your wife to keep lying in bed following sex for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
