My Period Is Delayed By Three Days So When Can I Take Pregnancy Test ?

hello doctor , im kalpanasenthil. my last period date is 28/7/2011. today is 33 th day. my cycle is 30 day cycle. now 3 days late my period. so, which day i take a pregnency test. regards kalpanasenthil

hi,thanks for query.Normally we advised to take up test at least 5 days after the missed period.The kits available today are very sensitive and can pick up pregnancy as early as one day after missed period.If you are curious you can go for test right now also,with morning first sample as the hormone level in the urine will be higher.
