Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
It would have been better if you had revealed your symptoms to me. What is your age and gender? Your MRI scan report suggests, the intervertebal disc protrusion
or disc bulge at cervical vertebra (Spinal vertebral bone in your neck area) at and C6-C7 and C7- T1 level and also a Bone spur called osteophyte
in the C5-C6 disc. This causes pressure on the nerves coming out the spinal column leading to pain and pressure symptoms like tingling and numbness. The intervertebral disc
may lose water and becomes dried out. As this happens, the disc compresses. This may lead to the deterioration of the tough outer ring allowing the inside of the ring, to bulge out. You may need Physiotherapy
and in rare cases Discectomy
and also pain Medications.
Wish you Good Health.
