Extremely high blood pressure can lead to cerebrovascular disease (stroke) and malfunction to disfunction of other organs in our body. For instance # Eyes = blindness # Heart and the vasculars = Swelling / edema, bleeding due to damage to the vascular's wall # Kidney = renal failure Those are just few things what extremely blood pressure can do to her. As her heart also beating really fast, it can lead to arrythmia, fibrillation until sudden heart attack. Please go and have your mom examined by the doctor. Do several tests like ECG and chest X-ray. Hopefully the blood pressure still can be controlled by medicine. Also psychological, physical activities, and food plays important role to prevent the condition getting worse. Avoid stress, do simple exercise like walking every morning, and eat nutritious and low salt-fat-calories food. Hope your mom will be well soon.
