My mom is having heart problems, please help

she doesn t understand what it is. se says its like someone is stabbing her in her heart or like someone is tightening a string around her heart. she says she ll just be sitting in bed doing nothing and it ll happen multiple times. i m worried and i d like to see hwat people say. she says its not chest pain but definitely heart pain. she s had problems with it skipping beats before but she s never had a heart attack or artery failure or anything like that. :( anyone have a clue what could be wrong? she has no insurance and no job im the mom. i already have had a skipping heart for years, but sometimes i will just be driving or watching tv and ill get a sharp pain in what seems to be directly into my heart. It maybe has happened a couple times a year but yesterday it happened 5 times. No shortness of breath no chest pain or arm pain or jaw pain just one quik pain like a stab. My father passed away 3 weeks ago today and maybe its stress related and i also drink plenty of cola. i also am on 10 mg of prednisone anyone know what i should do? I have no insurance and no money

She needs the emergency room and then follow up or direct transfer to a cardiologist or cardiac surgeon. at least if it's not as serious as it could be this moment, they will follow up with stress testing and ultrasound of the heart. take her in please?! peace!
