Hi Welcome to Healthcare Magic

Your MRI of spine shows degenerative changes and disc herniation at L3/4 and L4/5.

You have 2 options. 1. Conservative management 2. Surgical management.

First go for conservative management. Take Ibuprofen, or get corticosteroid injections into the back(epidural injections). do physical therapy.

If all resorts fails you can go for surgery. 1 yr efficacy of surgery and conservative management is similar.

Bye

Dr. Jagdish
