My Lower Part Of The Anus Is Aching

My lower part of the anus is aching since the past 2 days. There is no bleeding. I can pass stool easily. I felt my anus and found a sort of hard swelling inside. What can it be?

It could be due to a blood clot under the perianal skin (called Thrombotic Pile) or may be due to a crack or cut at the anal verge, called as Fissure. Please have a direct consultation with a Surgeon
