My Little Brother Has Got Hurted His Head, Feels Racing Heart, Please Help

hi my 3 year old little brother woke up this morning not feeling well and has said his head hurts, and when i put my hand over his heart it feels like its racing, all he has wanted to do all day is sleep, and has had a low grade temp should i take him to the er or what ?
