This appears to be sinusitis associated with ear discharge. You need to get an ENT consultation done, the doctor might advice for a CT scan of the paranasal sinuses. Till then do steam inhalations 2-3 times/day, drink plenty of warm water, use saline nasal drops and take mild pain killers.

thanks for choosing health care magic.The symptoms suggests some upper respiratory infection may or may not be sinusitis.Take analgesic for pain and fever,take steam inhalation for blocked nose if you are comfortable with.Avoid cold and fried foods and drinks.Take more of hot liquids.take light diet.Drink plenty of liquids as hydration is good in such conditions and you will feel better soon.

In Ayurveda Sinusitis may be acute or chronic. Acute sinusitis may improve on its own, but chronic sinusitis usually requires treatment.
Ayurvedic treatment is effective in both the acute and chronic types of sinusitis.
Oral medication is advised of ghee treated with Haridra (turmeric), Musta (Cyperus rotundus), Vishwa (Zinziber officinale), Karanj (Pongamia pinnata), Renukabeej (Vitex negundo), and Yava-Kshar. Medicated ghee containing Hinga (Ferula narthex), Yava-Kshar, Deodar (Cedrus deodara) is also recommended.
Medicated ghee containing Chafa (Michelia champaka), Dadim (Pomegranate) flowers, Sabja (Canna edulus) leaves, Kanher (Nerium indicum) leaves, Durva (Cynodon dactylon), Haridra (turmeric) and Keshar (Crocus sativus) is used as nasal drop for obtaining immediate relief from symptoms.

It is a case of sinusitis. as your sinus has ben afected so you have stuffed nose and the lachrymal duct also get obstructed. your pain couyld be due to allergic tympanitis. Severe head ache due to sinus infection . So you consult with your ENT.
