Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. Eye twitching can occur because of stress, strained eye or even due to pollution. This can also occur when you are tired. You can try taking good rest and also avoiding smoking, alcohol and coffee. If you feel the twitching is worsening with time, you need to get checked with an eye doctor.Take care
