My Left Breast A Little Down Is Fluttering. What Could Be Causing This ?

Hi my name is Jevinne Rowe. Today all day just below my left breast a little down is fluttering go on like a jumping around movement I can actually see it happening. What could be causing this?

You might have flickering of muscles of the chest,
It may be due to irritation of nerve ending.
