My husband had a little itchy spot on his scrotum. he scrubbed it and now it's raw. there are small white-ish bumps around it that pop when he touches it, but they look like hair that's coming in. he says the spot and the bumps dont hurt at all. is it all just because some hairs are coming in? he's had an extremely emotional, stressful week. or is this something that needs to be looked at more seriously?
