My Heart Starts Racing And Sometimes Minor Chest Pain. What Is It ?

Im worried there may be something wrong I feel like every night when I go to bed my heart starts racing and sometimes during the day I have minor chest pain Is there something wrong I m a 22 year old female. I started paying closer attention to my heart beat about a year ago when I passed out one night. I have had heart palpitations in the past but I don t seem to have them anymore.

thanks for choosing health care magic.You seems to very much concerned with something.Your symptoms could be due to some stress which leads to anxiety and whenever our body has stress it leads to release of set of hormones which increase heart rate.So first try to look for any obvious reasons.In mean while also get your blood pressure checked.If needed please take help of your doctor.
