The only way to know if your pressure is high is to get it tested. You seem however to be a little overweight
. This might be what contributes to your heart beating with little exertion.
I would suggest that you make some adjustment to your diet.
Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat. Eat all kind of fruits and vegetables including raw, and green leafy vegetables.
Eat mostly vegetables, cooked and uncooked.
Exercise is also important.
It is also important that you do not eat within the last 3 hours before going to sleep.
