This is natural, however, if it is happening quite often, then you need to see a doctor.

In normal condition there should not missing of heart beat.
Due to some conductivity problem in your heart you may get missing heart beat resulting in extra systole.
Go for ECG and know the pattern of your heart rate will diagnose your problem.
So consult physician and seek his advice.
