My heart hurt when I breath/laugh/cough/sneeze

im scared my heart hurt and im only 15 yrs old please help me ? ok this started happening 2 or 3 days ago i get sudden pains in my heart, and it hurts when i breath , and laugh , cough, sneeze. i started a new diet the docotor put me on phentamine 30mg then i took small doses cause my heart started to hurt. i also get pains in my upper body to not just my heart and everytime a lift something it hurt. i am on a diet where not carbs and tonz of protien if that matters. i am really scared i am about 220 lb please help

Hon, you need to see your doctor. At 220 lbs and you're only 15 that's just not healthy. At that weight you are at risk for Heart Disease and Diabetes. So I'm not surprised that you are having these symptoms. I'm sorry that you're scared, but this fear should get you to your doctor, pronto. It's also possible that you have a condition called Chostocondritis. If you push on your chest or anywhere that is painful and the pressure increases with pain then it may be just that and Chostocondritis isn't fatal nor serious. With this you just take an antiinflammatory medication like Advil. But like I said please see your doctor and let him examine and diagnose what's going on with your body.
