My Eyebrows Feel Like Someone Is Poking Needles In Them
My eyebrows feel like someone is poking needles in them and I'm slowly losing them. They are almost gone. Please help! My eyebrows feel like someone is poking needles in them and now they are almost gone. I can pull them out without even feeling it. This has been going on for awhile now. I had really thick eyebrows before this. I have had alot of stress in the last couple of years. Could that be it or is it Allergies?
Hi!cindy holman,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
Cindy, few of your symptoms goes towards a conditions called alopecia areata .In this patient looses hair in small circular patches (even from eyebrows) and is associated with stress too.It can also be associated with thyroid problem since that too is a autoimmune condition.
In allergic condition if you have applied some thing which you are allergic to,then it can cause a irritant reaction where you can lose hair.
Consult a dermatologist soon who can start your treatment asap.
regards,
Dr.Chawda
