My Daughter Is Vomit Brownish, Could This Be Dangerous ?

Hello.. My 3 yr old daughter woke me up this am at 3:30 and she had vomitted in her bed, I gave her a bath and put her back down. She continued this about 3-4 times... As today progressed she did not eat but was drinking. She did not vomit, then about 20 min ago she vomitted again and it was thick brownish colr with red throughout it. Could this be dangerous ?

Hello Jamie;
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Since the vomitus was brown & red in colour it is probably blood in it .She is small & will not be able to explain all her symptoms .She requires medical attention so get her to a Paediatrician or ER where she can be examined & treated .If not dangerous it is really a matter of concern.
Wish her good health
Thanks

Hello there..
Welcome to health care magic forum..
Brown vomits usually indicates presence of blood. It may be due lesion anywhere between your daughters mouth to esophagus.. It s better for you to consult a pediatrician and get her evaluated..
Hope this helps..
