My Daughter Generates Electric Shock When She Is Cycling

My daughter generates electric shock when she is cycling. We get a shock if we touch her while she is cycling.? Can anybody explain why? Whome should we show her to?

I'm guessing when she cycles she wears nylon shorts? Nylon generates static when rubbed against certain materials. There is nothing to worry about. If she takes her shoes off when she has finished cycling and before touching anyone, there wont be a problem as she will earth the static.
