Here's where you need to be: Your Total Cholestrol
should be between 125-200...
needs to be greater than or equal to 40.
Your Cholestrol HDL/Ratio should be lower than 5.0
Your Triglycerides should be under 150
should be under 130
That's pretty good for one month of exercise and diet control.
